Business email for 5¢ a month
If what you need is a professional address with its own inbox, not a full office suite, a VDocMail address on vdocmail.com costs 5¢ a month, with sending, receiving and a web inbox. Forwarding to Gmail or Outlook is 5¢ more. The trade-off: the address is on vdocmail.com, not your own domain.

What you get
- An address like [email protected], live as soon as you create it.
- A web inbox for it: read, write, reply and attachments, on a computer or phone.
- Optional forwarding of every email to the inbox you already use (5¢ a month more).
- As many addresses as you like, each with its own purpose.
What you don't get
- Your own domain: addresses are on vdocmail.com today.
- Office apps, shared drives and calendars. If you need those, an office suite is the right tool, at a few dollars per user a month.
When it fits
- A separate address for each shop, marketplace listing or project, so you can see who sells your address and retire it.
- Role addresses (sales@, support@ style) for a small team, without a per-user subscription.
- Sign-ups and newsletters kept out of your personal inbox.
If you stop paying
An address that isn't renewed expires, but it's never given to anyone else. Mail that arrives while it's expired is kept for six months and can be unlocked when you renew.
Already have Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo accounts?
Email Companion puts the accounts you already have in one inbox, so you can read and reply to all of them in one place.
Questions
Is there a limit on how much email I can send?
No cap in normal use. Spam, bulk mail and abuse aren't allowed, and accounts that do it are closed.
Can I reply from the address in Gmail?
Forwarding copies every email to Gmail or another inbox; to send as the vdocmail.com address, use its web inbox.
Can I use my own domain?
Not today. Addresses are on vdocmail.com.
