Terms of Service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms apply when you use verifdoc.net and its services: Smart Dialer (phone numbers, calls and texts), VDocMail (email addresses), Email Companion (your own email accounts in one inbox), SMS Verification (real mobile numbers for verification codes) and Residential Proxies. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. Don't create accounts to get around a suspension.
Prepaid balance and prices
- Services are paid from a prepaid balance. Prices are shown before you buy or use something.
- Numbers and email addresses renew from your balance each period. If a renewal can't be paid, the number or address can be released.
- Email Companion is a monthly plan ($10 a month for up to 50 connected email accounts, from any provider), paid from your balance and renewed automatically unless you turn auto-renew off. More accounts cost $10 a month for each 50, or $1 a month each; added part-way through a month, you pay only for the rest of it, and each renewal charges the cheapest way for the accounts connected then. If a renewal can't be paid, the plan stops: your connected accounts stay saved but can't be opened until you renew, and removing accounts lowers the renewal.
- Usage, such as calls and texts, is charged from your balance as it happens.
- Proxy traffic is bought up front in whole GB. Bought GB don't expire and aren't refunded once bought.
- Prices can change; changes apply from the next purchase or renewal, never to what you've already paid for.
- Questions about a charge or a refund: open a Support ticket and we'll review it.
Acceptable use
You may not use VerifDoc to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or robocalls, or contact people who asked you to stop.
- Commit fraud or scams, impersonate others, or harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
- Break any law, including telemarketing, messaging and privacy laws.
- Send or store illegal content, malware or phishing.
- Try to break into VerifDoc, other services, or other people's accounts.
- Resell the services without our written permission.
We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity.
Phone numbers
- Numbers are provided through our carriers. You get to use a number while it's paid; you don't own it.
- Smart Dialer can't be used to call emergency services (such as 911). Keep another phone for emergencies.
- Some services don't accept internet phone numbers for sign-ups or codes. We can't guarantee a number works with a particular service.
SMS Verification
- Numbers come from our provider, TextVerified. A one-time number is for one code from the service you picked; another code on it is a new charge.
- If no code arrives before the timer ends, or you cancel while waiting, the price goes back to your balance. A number you report is refunded once the provider confirms the problem.
- “Service not listed” numbers aren't refunded if the service turns out to be in the list, if an unrelated text arrives, or if the code doesn't work.
- Voice codes are answered in your browser, so keep the page open until the call comes. If no call arrives, it's refunded like a text code.
- Rentals are paid up front and aren't renewed. They can be cancelled for a refund only within the refund window shown with the rental.
- Use numbers only for your own accounts, and follow the terms of the services you verify with. Don't use them for fraud or to create fake or bulk accounts.
Residential Proxies
- Proxy IPs come from our provider's residential network. Traffic both ways counts toward your GB, and the proxy stops when they're used up. Locations and ISPs depend on what's available at the moment; we can't guarantee a particular IP, city or speed.
- Keep your proxy login private. You're responsible for all traffic sent with it; make a new password if it leaks.
- Don't use proxies for spam (mail ports are blocked), attacks, fraud, card testing, credential stuffing, or to reach content that's illegal. We can turn proxies off for accounts that do, without a refund.
- VDocMail addresses are for your own correspondence. Bulk or unsolicited sending isn't allowed.
- When you connect an email account to Email Companion, you let VerifDoc access it on your behalf to show your mail and do what you ask. You must be allowed to use that account, and you're responsible for following its provider's terms, such as Google's Terms of Service or Microsoft's. You can disconnect it at any time.
Availability
We work to keep VerifDoc running, but services can be interrupted, for example by carriers, email providers or maintenance. Features can change, and services listed as “coming soon” may change or not launch.
Ending your use
You can stop using VerifDoc at any time and ask Support to close your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
Liability
The services are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, VerifDoc isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for messages, calls or emails that are delayed or not delivered, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you in your dashboard or by email when the change is significant.
